Quality Cavalry LLC was formed in 2008 by Gary Weyandt to provide process, quality and project management needs of organizations. Gary is available as a consultant to lead the improvement of processes, workflows, improve the quality of products through standardized work methods and statistical process control. Once processes are improved, periodic audits and reviews will ensure improvements are producing the desired results and identify any new improvement opportunities. While software is my background and specialty, process and quality improvement techniques can be applied to a broad spectrum of organizations.

Gary held software and quality leadership positions for Medtronic, Motorola, Siemens Nuclear Medical Group, and Lockheed Martin. After early retirement, Gary served as an Adjunct Professor at two community colleges teaching Survey of Computer Information Systems. This course covered computer configurations, Microsoft™ Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

Gary is available for remote assignments for businesses related to process, quality, and documentation. Gary is also available for instruction in Word and Excel.
